1. Why choose Freia247?

2. What does “Pre‑order” mean?
Pre‑order items ship within 2–3 weeks (subject to brand delays). If you order pre‑order + in‑stock items, we hold shipment until all items arrive—separate carts ship immediately.
3. Can I click & collect at a Freia clinic?
Yes. Choose “In‑Store Collection” at checkout (Wisma Atria, Marina Square, Royal Square Novena). Orders are prepared same day; check store opening hours before collection.
4. How long does local delivery take?
Local standard shipping: typically 1–5 working days after dispatch (allow 5–7 days in peak seasons). Express (same/next day) cut‑off is 12pm. Weekend dispatch resumes Monday.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Standard international shipping: 3–10 working days. DHL Express: 5–7 working days. If your country is not listed, contact us and we’ll arrange shipping.
6. Who pays customs, taxes or duties?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These are not included in product or shipping prices.
7. Are you GST‑registered?
Yes — our GST registration number appears on all invoices. For select brands we absorb GST to give customers better pricing.
8. Which couriers do you use?
Local deliveries use our private courier partners (tracked). International orders use SingPost (standard) or DHL (express with door‑to‑door tracking).
9. Delivery instructions & failed attempts
Add delivery notes at checkout. We attempt one free delivery; subsequent redelivery fees apply. For Sentosa, an additional surcharge applies (logistics fee).
10. What is your returns & exchange policy?
Return for store credit within 5 days if unopened and sealed. Refunds are not offered. Cancelled orders (before dispatch) may be refunded less a nominal admin fee. Contact info@freiaaesthetics.sg.
11. How do you verify product authenticity?
We only buy from authorised distributors or direct brand partners. On receipt we inspect packaging, lot/batch numbers and expiry, and can verify batches with brands on request.
12. Need product batch verification?
Yes — submit your order number, product name and batch code via our verification form or WhatsApp. We will confirm authenticity with the brand within 3–5 business days.
13. Can I get personalised product guidance?
Absolutely. Our team offers free product advice via WhatsApp or Messenger to help you build a routine and choose clinical skincare safely.
14. Do you have a loyalty program?

15. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Stripe (major credit cards), PayPal, Apple Pay, Alipay and PayNow in‑store. For alternate payment options (bank transfer) contact +65 9109‑1574.
16. Out of stock or delayed items — what now?
If a product is delayed beyond the estimated pre‑order window, we will notify you with options: cancel for credit, wait for restock, or ship available items separately if requested.
17. Are there brand shipping restrictions?
Some brands restrict shipping to certain countries (e.g., Future to US/UK). If a product cannot be shipped to your country, we’ll notify you at checkout.
18. How do you protect customer data?
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected for orders is used only to process purchases, fulfil delivery, handle warranty or verification requests, and provide customer support. We store data securely and limit access to authorised staff and service providers. We comply with Singapore’s PDPA requirements; you may contact us at info@freiaaesthetics.sg to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
19. Where can I find brand certificates or authorised stockist proof?
Many of our partner brands list Freia Aesthetics / Freia247 as an authorised retailer on their official websites. Visit our Brand Partners page for direct links to each brand’s verification page and reseller listing. If you need batch verification or further confirmation, contact us with your order details and batch number via WhatsApp +65 8223‑0609 or email info@freiaaesthetics.sg and we will confirm with the brand/distributor on your behalf.
