CONSOLIDATION OF ORDERS
Please note that if you have made multiple orders within the same period before your items are handed to our delivery courier, they will be consolidated in a single box for a single trip delivery.
Should you require your order to be in separate packages, please indicate at checkout under your product image using the link "Add A Note" with "I would like separate packages" and we will pack your orders accordingly.
SINGAPORE DELIVERY TIMES
Due to the overwhelming response of our current online sales, your package may take up to 5 working days to be delivered (excluding weekends and public holidays) for standard deliveries.
During this circuit breaker period, all our protocols done will be contactless, meaning our courier will be calling/texting you to ensure where you would want the parcel to be left.
After it has been delivered, they will inform you via text, together with a proof of a photo that the parcel has been left as per your request.
EXPRESS LOCAL DELIVERY
For all express local shipment, please note the cut-off time for placing an order is to be done by 12pm, any order placed after that timing will only be packed the next day as well as for our despatch to pick it up and have it be delivered to you within 24 hours from the time of pick-up from our shop.
If an order is placed after Saturday mid-day or Sunday, please expect that ALL packages (standard or express) will be prepared on Monday morning. Express delivery is done 24 hours from Monday's pick-up time as well. Please note that our despatch unit is closed on weekends and public holidays so we will pack and ship your items on the next 1-2 business days.
In view of the COVID-19 global situation, please expect that all parcels may experience a longer than expected delay as global customs have put in tighter and stringent measures of custom clearance. Freia is not liable for any mishandling of items once goods have been shipped off from our stores.
Kindly note the buyer is responsible for paying any additional custom duties, taxes, and clearance fees in your respective countries. Freia cannot advise on these additional fees, buyers may contact their local customs office to find out more about the prevailing rates.
Freia Aesthetics cannot be held responsible any delays with Shipment Providers. For public holiday orders, Next Day and 2-Day service will be processed the next Business Day.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, which may be in the form of tariffs or taxes charged by the destination country. In the event that customs duties are due, DHL will contact the customer to collect associated duties before making a delivery.
Customs duties are not included in the price of our products and will be borne by the recipient of the order exclusive of the cost of international postage. When you place an international order, you are responsible for paying any inbound duties which your local customs authority has pre-determined. The amount of customs duties charged varies depending on what you order and on local regulations. Freia Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for reimbursing customers for customs duties, tariffs or taxes.
Please note that Freia Aesthetics will not be liable for ALL parcels once they have left our premises and we will also not be liable for any lost packages in transit via Standard International Shipping (Singpost) - we highly recommend DHL for ALL overseas shipments to avoid any of the above-mentioned scenarios. We seek your kind attention on this matter.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Prior to initiating a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know issue you might be having with your product. In certain cases, a return might not be required, so please contact us first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
