Thoughtfully formulated to hydrate, soothe, and restore radiance, The Ultra Soother is a step beyond the common tissue sheet mask. Staying true to Freia’s ethos of never compromising on quality, we chose biocellulose — a fibre so fine (500 times finer than regular tissue) that it locks in moisture, nutrients, and active ingredients far more effectively than woven fibres ever could.

Unlike synthetic or cotton fibres, biocellulose isn’t manufactured — it’s grown, cultivated through a slow fermentation process rather than spun or woven. That’s precisely why it costs more to produce: quality on this level takes time. But it’s also what allows the mask to mould seamlessly to every contour of the face, hold up to 100x its weight in serum, and deliver ingredients with a level of precision cotton fibres simply cannot match.

Free from harsh exfoliants and sensitising ingredients, The Ultra Soother is formulated as a daily non-negotiable — suitable for all skin types, including dry, oily, sensitive, and combination skin.

Every ingredient has been selected with purpose: to hydrate, soothe, and strengthen the skin barrier, with zero compromise on gentleness.

• Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid)

A gold-standard humectant that is the salt form of Hyaluronic Acid - and that small chemical difference matters. HA molecules are large and do not dissolve or absorb into the skin as readily - Sodium Hyaluronate is much smaller in molecular weight, allowing it to penetrate deeper into the skin’s layers. It’s also more stable, water- soluble and better at retaining moisture over time. Delivers the same hydrating, plumping, cushioning hydration as HA - but with enhanced absorption and consistency. 

• Trehalose

An outstanding ingredient because of how it protects moisture at the cellular level and not just on the surface. A natural sugar derived from plants and fungi, trehalose forms a protective layer around skin cell membranes and proteins, shielding them from dehydration. shielding them from dehydration even under heat, humidity, or environmental stress — a survival mechanism it borrows from plants and organisms that endure extreme drought. In skincare, this translates to exceptional resistance to trans-epidermal water loss, meaning skin stays hydrated for longer, even in punishing climates like Singapore’s. It’s less about pulling in moisture (like a humectant) and more about locking existing moisture in and keeping cells resilient — making it a quiet powerhouse in long-term hydration and barrier support. 

• Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5)

A skincare workhorse renowned for its ability to deeply moisturise and accelerate skin repair. Panthenol softens and smooths skin texture while reducing redness and sensitivity, making it ideal for post-facial, post-sun, or post-travel recovery.

• Ceramide 3

Ceramides are the skin’s own natural barrier lipids. This biomimetic ingredient replenishes and fortifies the skin’s protective layer, preventing moisture loss and shielding against environmental stressors, and are the very foundation of healthy, resilient skin.

• Centella Asiatica Extract

A beloved botanical hero in Asian skincare, Centella Asiatica is clinically recognised for its anti-inflammatory and wound-healing properties. It calms redness, reduces irritation, and supports collagen synthesis, making it a cornerstone ingredient for sensitive and reactive skin.

• SymbiocellTM (Cestrum Latifolium Leaf Extract)

A patented active derived from the Cestrum latifolium plant, SymbiocellTM is clinically shown to support skin microbiome balance, helping reinforce the skin’s natural defences, reduce transient redness, and promote a calmer, more even complexion over time.

• Ocaline XP (Sea Water & Pumpkin Seed Extract)

A marine-sourced ingredient complex that provides mineral-rich hydration while delivering antioxidant protection. Pumpkin seed extract adds trace fatty acids and vitamins that nourish and illuminate the skin from within.

• Marrubium Vulgare Extract

Extracted from white horehound, this botanical adaptogen helps the skin cope with daily environmental stress. It is known for its soothing, anti-irritant, and antioxidant properties, reinforcing the mask’s commitment to deep, everyday calm.

• 1,3-Butylene Glycol & Xanthan Gum

Skin-conditioning humectants that improve texture and help the serum glide effortlessly across skin, while xanthan gum ensures even distribution and a lightweight, non-sticky feel on wear.

Ingredients: Pure water, 1,3 butylene glycol, xanthan gum, trehalose, panthenol, ceramide 3, symbiocellTM (cestrum latifolium leaf extract), ocaline XP (sea water, cucurbita pepo (pumpkin) seed extract), marrubium vulgare extract, centella asiatica extract, sodium hyaluronate, 1,2-hexanediol, chlorphenesin.

Use once or twice a week for best results or just before an important event.
