The Hyalogy P-effect Basing Emulsion is a very light and soft emulsion that helps maintain the optimum moisture and nourishing skin balance. It creates a breathable protective film and thus protects skin against dehydration. It helps to maintain skin moisture balance even in harsh weather conditions (air conditioning, wind, low and high temperatures), making skin wonderfully soft and supple.
